Why Our Bookclub?
Stemming from a personal deep passion for books and a lifelong indulgence as an avid reader we sought a way to pass on this love to children across Africa with a goal of making reading delightful and commonplace for them

Our scope is all children but concentrating in age 5-12
5-6 YEARS
Our Book club provides a structured environment where children can engage with books, explore different genres, and develop early literacy skills such as phonological awareness, vocabulary, and comprehension.
7-10 YEARS
Joining our book club at this age range offers children a rich and rewarding experience that promotes literacy, critical thinking, empathy, social skills, and a lifelong appreciation for reading and learning.
11-12 YEARS
At this age, children are ready to explore a wider range of literary genres and themes. Being part of a book club exposes them to diverse books they might not have chosen on their own, broadening their reading horizons and helping them discover new interests.

Being part of our book club encourages children to engage in independent reading outside of assigned schoolwork. This promotes a lifelong habit of reading for pleasure and personal enrichment, which is crucial for academic success and personal growth..
